HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Booking your appointment online is the fastest way to get an online appointment accepted 24 hours, 7 days a week; especially, after business hours. 

If you are a first time client, we encourage you to book your appointment online. When creating your online account, please make sure you turn on all notifications for your appointments especially the emails.  Once you become an existing client you will have to the option to re-book future appointments and make deposits in-house for your convenience.

Please note, all appointments require a deposit of 50% before an appointment will be accepted.  This includes appointments being made online; as well as future appointments made in house at the time of checkout. All deposits will be credited to the total cost of services being rendered and the balance will be due at the time of service.  

Steps for Booking an Appointment

1).  Please Read Our Company Policy & Cancellation Page. 
 
2). Please book your appointment through the Vagaro online booking system by clicking any of the  "Book an Appointment" links on the website.  Once you click the link you will be redirected away from the/this website.  By booking your appointment first, you are guaranteed that the date and time is available.  

Please note: Our system is up to date with all of our available times.  We are closed every Sunday and Monday, including holidays unless the system shows availability.  If  you do not see the time and date that is needed, please call us directly at (757) 560-0873. We will try our best to accommodate you but an earlier or later appointments are not promised.

3). Once you have scheduled an appointment with the date and time of your choice, and the deposit has been made we will process and accept the appointment.  At that moment , our cancellation policy goes into full effect.  *If you fail to cancel your appointment with a full 24 hour notice, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Remember, by downloading the Vagaro App you have full control over managing your appointment.


4). Please remember to COME ALONE! We do not allow small children or guest that are not being serviced or small children accompanied by an adult who is receiving a service.

5). If you are getting any type of eyelash service, please make sure you come with a Fresh Face & Make-Up Free Lashes to void a cleaning fee.
