When scheduling your appointment, if the desired appointment time is not available, please call during business hours for assistance at (757) 560-0873. If you have to leave a message, someone will return your call within 24 hours. You may also send a text for a faster response.
Please note: Our system is up to date with all of our available times. We are closed every Sunday and Monday, including holidays unless the system shows availability. We will try our best to accommodate you but earlier appointments are not promised.

Our Cancellation Fee is 50% of the total cost of service that you were booked for. If your appointment is not cancelled with proper notice you will be charged 50% of the total service you were booked for, making your initial deposit NON REFUNDABLE. We ask that you give a full 24 hour notice when canceling your appointment. This gives the stylist a chance to fill that appointment slot or make changes to their appointment book as needed. If charged, this is FEE is NON REFUNDABLE.
Refunds will not be issued after services are rendered.
