When scheduling your appointment, if the desired appointment time is not available, please call during business hours for assistance at (757) 560-0873. We do not take walk-ins and require at least 24 hours for a scheduled appointment. If you have to leave a message, someone will return your call within 24 hours.
Please note: Our system is up to date with all available times. We are closed every Sunday, including holidays unless the system shows availability. We will try our best to accommodate you but earlier appointments are not promised. Please keep in mind, we have a large existing clientele, but always welcome new clients. Our Cancellation Fee is 50% of the total cost of service that you were booked for. If your appointment is not cancelled with proper notice you will be charged 50% of the total service you were booked for, making your initial deposit NON REFUNDABLE. We ask that you give a full 24 hour notice when canceling your appointment. This gives the stylist a chance to fill that appointment slot or make changes to their appointment book as needed. If charged, this is FEE is NON REFUNDABLE.
Refunds will not be issued after services are rendered.
